Postcard bundle, Zavala.
Zavala monastery postcard bundle contains 10 postcards with monastery motives and fresco paintings.
The bundle has brief history of Zavala monastery printed in text and a map with Zahumsko-Hercegovačka
and Primorska Eparchy monasteries marked. The accent in the postcards is at the interior of the churches
that has been fresco painted in 17. century by great Serbian painter of that time, Hilandar monk, Georgije Mitrofanović.
Holy Vasilije of Ostrog, born in nearby village Mrkonjići, lived in the Zavala monastery as a child.
